Star makes do with island holiday as she waits for palace invitation
VOGUE Williams has admitted she has yet to get a palace invite despite her husband’s royal connections.
The TV star is currently on holiday with husband Spencer Matthews and their baby Theodore in St Bart’s where Spencer’s father owns a resort.
The family spent the New Year with Spencer’s brother James and his wife Pippa Middleton, sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, along with her mum Carole and brother James.
But the Dubliner yesterday laughed off a question from Piers Morgan whether her new royal connection means she gets invites to Sandringham and Balmoral.
The Good Morning Britain presenter asked Vogue, 33, if she was “in on that action?’
To which she replied: “I was waiting for this. No, but you know what, I’m not in on that action, but I do get an invite to St Barts where we are right now so that’s just as good for me.”
RELAXED
The newlyweds are currently starring in E4’s reality series, Spencer, Vogue And Baby Too.
The pair, who met on Channel 4’s winter sports competition show The Jump in 2017, said they were very relaxed with the TV crew in their home.
Vogue revealed: “We’re both quite used to having cameras around us all the time.
“We got on really well when ever we worked with it.”
When asked about how they came up with their son’s name, Spencer revealed: “Vogue reckons she heard the name Theodore from a lady for the first time at bootcamp in Ibiza.
“That’s not why our son is called Theodore. Theodore is a wonderful name. It also happens to mean God’s gift in Greek.”
On Monday night’s episode, Vogue was seen teasing Spencer for his former lothario ways.
Spencer said: “One of my exes was a vegan.”
To which Vogue quipped: “Spencer, you have so many exes, that doesn’t surprise me at all. I’m sure one of your exes is an astronaut.”
REALITY star Vogue Williams is still waiting to receive an invite to a palace party.
The Dubliner is married to the brother of Pippa Middleton’s husband.
And judging by her Instagram pics, she is already living like a queen.
