Dumping ground
When I called GHMC and told them that in front of my house, on Lane No. 2, Arvind Nagar Colony, Tolichowki, people dump garbage in an open plot, the tele-caller said that they do not handle such issues. They mentioned that it’s the responsibility of the plot owner to deal with the matter. Who will hold owners accountable to ensure their open plots do not become dumping grounds?

Telugu Talli flyover
Lower Tank Bund road, which connects trac from RP road and MG road to Lakdi-ka-pul through the Telugu Talli yover, bypassing Tank Bund, has been closed and made one-way since the construction of a new yover on RT◣ Crossroad.
Commuters from RP road are forced to take a big turn via Indira Park to travel on the Telugu Talli yover. I request the trac police to permit trac from RP road to Lower Tank Bund to directly drive on to the Telugu Talli yover and reach Lakdi-ka-pul.

Speed-breakers
There are two big concrete speed-breakers at Edulabad village, which falls under Ghatkesar mandal, that are giving back-breaking experience to motorists as well as drivers of light motor vehicles and cargo vehicles loaded with goods. As a result, bumpers, shock absorbers and parts beneath these vehicles are getting damaged. Speed-breakers are supposed to regulate the speed of vehicles, not damage them. Also, there are no markings on them to be visible at night. I urge the authorities concerned to see that humps are installed in conformity with road safety guidelines.
