Sreenidi Deccan finishes in style
Sreenidi Deccan FC ends its campaign with a 32 win over Shillong Lajong FC and finish runnerup for the second consecutive season with 48 points from 28 matches in the ILeague at the Deccan Arena on Saturday. Goals from William Alves and Rosenberg Gabriel put the Deccan Warriors 20 up at halftime before Phrangki Buam reduced the deficit for the visitor with a brace, but David Castaneda’s late spot kick ensured three points for the host.

Srinivas, Aditya qualify for World Cup carrom
K. Srinivas and S. Aditya of Telangana qualified for the World Cup carrom championship to be held in the USA in November. Srinivas made it by winning the recent senior National while Aditya qualified as the runnerup.
