The condition of the bridge reflects the shoddy work that is being carried out by the BMC. The civic body needs to initiate a thirdparty inquiry in this issue. If found guilty, the contractors must be blacklisted and a criminal case must be lodged against them for using substandard material.

I have been using the bridge for commuting once or twice every week. There are sharp turnings and the road becomes very slippery after rains which causes severe threat to the motorists.
