JOURNEY BACK TO THE ORIENT

Chef Oliver’s Kitchen, a 10day long festival celebrates the authentic delicacies and flavours from the Northern province of China through an extensive menu showcasing his culinary repertoire. During the festival, Chef Oliver will dish up his signature dishes such as Cong You Jun (Assorted Mushroom Salad), Zhu Tong Fan (Bamboo Rice), Yu Xiang Ji Pian among others from the daily rotational menu. SEEDS OF IDENTITY

Hundreds of plants, flowers and fruits from Mesoameric­a form the basis of Mexican gastronomy today. This exhibition describes the flora of Mexico through the voices of the first chronicler­s and of curious, astonished travellers providing an introducto­ry guide to those who wonder where certain foods come from. GLOBALISIN­G INDIAN ART

With the mission and vision to bring back the focus on Indian art and culture, Delhi college of art has come up with its annual Art collage Carnival. Conceptual­ized by Ashwani Kumar Prithviwas­i, the carnival helps artists and art students to demonstrat­e their masterpiec­e. It also builds their capacities to preserve Indian traditions and cultures with old classical unique art forms which are also called the interactiv­e art that may be understood even by a layman.
