Chef Oliver’s Kitchen, a 10-day long festival celebrates the authentic delicacies and flavours from the Northern province of China through an extensive menu showcasing his culinary repertoire. During the festival, Chef Oliver will dish up his signature dishes such as Cong You Jun (Assorted Mushroom Salad), Zhu Tong Fan (Bamboo Rice), Yu Xiang Ji Pian (Stir fried chicken with yuxiang sauce) among others from the daily rotational menu.

SEEDS OF IDENTITY
