I train hard, stop the sugar and the maida intake and sleep on time.

Sometimes I do workout at home. I start my day with yoga and meditation. I love doing a head stand every day.

I prefer outdoor activity any day. I love playing tennis and swimming.

What are your favourite physical activities?

Yoga, kick boxing, functional training, tennis, swimming and dancing. I’m an endorphin junkie.
