BJP gears up to make state Congress-free again: Raje
Innovative schemes launched by the state govt have been appreciated by one and all and other state govts too were replicating some of the schemes
Chief minister Vasundhara Raje on Saturday said that BJP was gearing up to sweep the next assembly election and make Rajasthan “Congress mukt” again.
Raje was addressing the state BJP’s executive meeting in the city.
Raje said her party needs to effectively counter the “ill publicity” of the opposition parties through print, electronic as well as social media. She also called upon the public representatives of the party to become active on the social media and connect with the youth.
Raje further said the innovative schemes launched by the state government have been appreciated by one and all and other state governments too were replicating some of the schemes. She said the union HRD ministry was contemplating implementation of ‘Shala Darpan’ scheme of the state government in other states.
Addressing the meeting, BJP national general secretary V Satish said the party has to be more than just a voting machine and build up a sustainable base.
He exhorted the party officebearers to connect with different organizations and NGOs and also ensure that they stay in touch with party workers at booth level. HTC
