Jurists and legal luminaries from 50 countries of the world call for a new world order

LUCKNOW: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath has said providing a peaceful environment and safe future to new generations was collective and moral responsibility of those living in present times.
Yogi’s pre-recorded message was screened at the 22nd International Conference of Chief Justices of the World organised by the City Montessori School (CMS), on Saturday.
He lauded the CMS for bringing the judiciary from around the world on a common platform to hold discussions on Article 51 of the Constitution of India and expressed confidence that the deliberations being held here would lead to the formation of a better and peaceful world.

On this occasion, students of CMS Gomti Nagar campus I and Rajajipuram campus I representing 55,000 students of the school made an appeal for a safe and happy future for 2.5 billion children for the world in a very effective way through World Parliament and Model United Nations conference staged online.
Their appeal garnered support from the eminent participants.
Rajya Sabha MP Sudhanshu Trivedi, who was the special guest on Saturday, said reverberating with Indian ethos of
Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (the world is one family), the recently-concluded climate change conference at Glasgow (in Scotland) had established that the entire world was essentially one unit and creation for a global value system, therefore, was the most important need of the hour.
Expressing his views, prof Subir K Bhatnagar, vice chancellor, Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, stressed on the need to review the existing format of the United Nations organisation.
UP assembly speaker Hriday Narayan Dikshit said the ideas of world unity and world peace should be sown in young minds through education as it was the best mode of bringing about a change in the world.
President and managing director, CMS, Geeta Gandhi Kingdon said intense discussions and deliberations were taking place at this historic international conference between the jurists and legal luminaries from around the world.
