Maurya praises school for showing right path to kids

LUCKNOW: Kunwar’s Global School held its third annual day on Saturday. Deputy chief minister, Keshav Prasad Maurya, who was the chief guest was impressed with the convergenc­e created by the school in providing quality education to the children.

He admired the infrastruc­ture and pollution-free environmen­t on the campus and in his speech, praised the school for showing the right direction to the young generation.

Other dignitarie­s present on the occasion were minister of state with independen­t charge for transport and protocol, Swatantra Dev Singh, minister of state for rural developmen­t and health care, Mahendra Singh, UP minister Mukut Bihari Verma and MLA Sangeet Som.

with parents was also held. The school magazine ‘Yasharth Vidya 2017-18’ was released on the occasion.

The principal read out the annual report of the school that traced the significan­t progress made by the school last year.

The cultural programme titled ‘One Religion – Happiness’ started with Sri Shiv Stuti and took the audience through a colourful journey which reflected a blend of music, rhythm and dance from around the world.
