VOU launches 2024 repertoire
VOU Dance Company launched it’s 2024 Collections of Repertoire and new line of VOU merchandise. The launch was held at the Vou Hub for Arts, culture, and Activities at Maqalevu Rd, in Nadi on Tuesday.
Vou Dance group director Sachiko Soro said she and her husband Eddie had a purpose of establishing their creations in Nadi years ago and their vision has helped many young people in Fiji. The core philosophy of VOU Dance Company is a dedication to youth development. They believe in intelligent and creative youth in Fiji that probably lack appreciation and access to creative education and employment pathway. Ms Soro said the support from business houses in the west helped them thrive to launch the 2024 repertoire.
“We are grateful for people who have been helping us along the way. We moved to Nadi because we knew that visitors coming to Fiji they want to connect with people, they want to experience Fiji and they want to learn and build friendship.”
“This is why we started our venue so that we could share the work that we created. I am happy tonight that we could launch tonight our new partnership with Wailoaloa Beach Club.”
