According to the Fiji Sun-Razor opinion survey, 59.2 per cent say Government response to cyclones, floods good

More people say Government’s response to the recent cyclones, floods is good, reveals the latest Fiji SunRazor opinion poll.

Of the 1000 people polled in the Central (600), Western (300) and North divisions (100), 59.2 per cent gave a positive reply on the question: “How do you rate the Government response to this month’s two cyclones and floods?”

21.6 per cent gave a negative response. 19.2 per cent were unsure. The results show that Government’s delivery of relief supplies to those affected is getting better and better.

This is despite criticisms from Opposition politician­s.

FijiFirst continues to maintain its lead on the question of which party

would the people like to see elected to govern Fiji.

It scored 62.7 per cent, SODELPA 16.8 per cent, National Federation Party 5.2 per cent, Fiji Labour Party 1.2 per cent, Unity Fiji 0, Other 1.8 per cent, None 12.3 per cent

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimaram­a maintains his commanding lead as preferred PM. He scored 65.9 per cent. In second place is Opposition leader Ro Teimumu Kepa at 12.1 per cent. She leads party leader Sitiveni Rabuka at 9.6 per cent. Biman Prasad, the NFP leader is on fourth place at 5.3 per cent. FLP leader for the election, Aman Singh 1.2 per cent. Other 5.9 per cent.
