5 countries for CAF SADC aerobathon
MBABANE – Mavuso Sports Emporium Hall will be the place to be during the CAF SADC second spectacular aerobathon.
The aerobathon will be held on Saturday at the hub of the country, Manzini. This was revealed by the founder of Capital Accurate Fitness (CAF) Thabiso ‘DK’ Mthethwa yesterday. There countries that will take part in the session are Botswana, Mozambique, South Africa, Lesotho and the hosts, Eswatini.
The event will start at 8am and will finish at 5:30pm.Tickets to the event will be sold for E200. It is E50 for afterparty; E500 for team challenge; and E100 for spectators.
Instructors will take on participants through hilo, box, stepbox, functional and zumba. Some of the sponsors that partnered with CAF include Emlembe and Jenny,to mention a few.
CAF is an organisation that was established in 2016 and has been in existence and fully operating in accordance with its constitution.
It is a health and fitness organisation of unique fitness with a strong focus on practical lifestyle enhancement to its members in an upbeat, friendly, yet matured oriented atmosphere. Since establishment, it is under the leadership of an active structure.
CAF has grown from being an individual to a professional organisation, that is being run by an executive committee and a team of volunteers made up solely by different individuals of varying ages and an assembly of personalities who are oriented in health and fitness activities.
They are a team of 35 members and growing.
Lifestyle
They keep themselves busy in the gymnasium with practical lifestyle such as training and aerobics.
The growth of the organisation has resulted in it being invited to participate in international events. This has made the entire organisation exposed to other cultures and or/ traditions of exercise health and fitness.
Further, CAF intends to spot or pick potential trainers from different backgrounds for development and upkeep through school training for the growth of the sport and personal development.
