Bruno leads revolt against Ole

MANCHESTER - Bruno Fernandes is reportedly leading a player revolt at Manchester United against Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his coaching staff. The Daily Mail reported that Fernandes is one of a number of senior players who had become frustrated by a lack of direction from the United boss and his coaches in recent weeks.

He and his teammates have grown tired of the situation at Old Trafford, as the club’s poor form continued with a 2-0 defeat to rivals Manchester City last Saturday.

That result leaves United with just one win from their last six league matches and they sit sixth in the Premier League, five points off the top four.

They are also now nine points behind league leaders Chelsea after 11 matches of the season and they face the Blues at the end of the month.

It is still unclear whether Solskjaer will remain in charge for that match, with a crucial Champions League match against Villarreal beforehand, following

to have with the current management at United.

A number of players are said to be alarmed at the club’s drop in standards during the recent run of negative results, while there is also unhappiness at the treatment of Donny van de Beek.
