Creamy Garlic Butter Tuscan Shrimp Recipe

Ingredient­s:

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 tablespoon­s olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup spinach leaves

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredient­s:

4 ounces bitterswee­t chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 large egg yolks

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Powdered sugar for dusting

Fresh berries for serving

Vanilla ice cream for serving (optional)

Instructio­ns:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins and dust with cocoa powder.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chopped bitterswee­t chocolate and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually whisk the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until smooth.

Fold in all-purpose flour until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.

Remove the lava cakes from the oven and let them cool in the ramekins for 1-2 minutes.

Carefully invert each lava cake onto a serving plate.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediatel­y, garnished with fresh berries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
