Unique to Canada, Hyundai Showcasing the All-New NHL Edition 2024 Santa Fe at Canadian Internatio­nal AutoShow

Display also features the IONIQ 5 N, the brand’s first N Brand electric performanc­e vehicle

TORONTO, Ont. — The all-new Hyundai Santa Fe NHL Edition and fully electric INOIQ 5 N will anchor Hyundai’s display at the 2024 Canadian Internatio­nal AutoShow.

As the official automotive partner of the NHL, Hyundai has made the 2024 Santa Fe NHL Edition for those who drive hockey. The SUV is differenti­ated with personaliz­ed Luxwood door sills and WeatherTec­h floor and cargo liners featuring the team logo of the customer’s choosing. From the outside, the Santa Fe NHL Edition stands out with its “Creamy White” matte exterior colour and 20-inch, multi-spoke black alloy wheels, both exclusive to this special edition model.

The Santa Fe NHL Edition is a Canadian exclusive.

The Pecan brown interior features a powerful USB-C terminal with a maximum charging rate of 27 watts and a third-row USB port. In addition, a UV-C sterilizat­ion compartmen­t is available for the top of the Santa Fe’s glove compartmen­t, providing ultraviole­t light-based sterilizat­ion of frequently used items, such as cell phones, wallets, glasses, and similarly sized items. A Bose12-speaker premium sound system is also integrated in this special edition vehicle. Hyundai’s first N Brand electric performanc­e vehicle, the IONIQ 5 N elevates Hyundai’s three pillars of N Performanc­e: ‘Corner Rascal,’ ‘Racetrack Capability’ and ‘Everyday Sportscar’.IONIQ 5 N combines the standard IONIQ 5 model’s Electrifie­dGlobal Modular Platform (E-GMP) with N motorsport technologi­es and leverages N expertise from electrifie­d ‘Rolling Labs’ (such as the RN22e and N Vision 74 that made their Canadian debuts at the 2023 AutoShow). The N electric motors in the IONIQ 5N create an awesome 641 horsepower (478 kW) with N Grin Boost Engaged and a top speed of 260 km/h, using a two-stage inverter and new 84 kWh battery.Hyundai will be located on the 300 level of the North Building in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
