Defence policy makes Canada a war monger

-

Editor: Will $62 billion spent on a military upgrade make Canada the new war monger?

Are we talking defence of Canada or are we talking offence towards any of our world neighbours with the Liberals’ new defence plan.

If it is the defence of Canada and we can justify the need, then we should consider our options and spend the money wisely inside Canada.

If it is for offence, then we should buy weapons to make sure that we kill the ones that need killing. Like the United States, if we don’t like Moammar Gadhafi, we should take him out, if we don’t like Saddam Hussein, we will take him out.

We should clean out Afghanistan, too. There may be bad boys over there. (I forgot, we already spent at least $30 billion in Afghanistan and never did make anything better.) Yes, Canada, the war monger, could be a very scary country.

So, Canada, what types of tools will we need? Bombers, attack helicopters, submarines, 88 attack jets, big boats with rockets and cannons, yes, I think so. Oh yes, some drones, they are fun to operate from home, with the best precision bombs and rockets, of course.

We have bright people in Ottawa who could make a list of the hits we will need to make. Gosh, $62 billion would be fun to spend, even if we have to borrow the money. Don’t pick on anyone too strong. We need to look good. Switzerland seems to get the defence part correct. Why can’t we take that as an example? You don’t see Switzerland attacking anyone because they are busy protecting all the money deposited by the world’s crooked people.

I am sure the MPs, senators and the wealthy people in Canada will be the first to send their children and grandchildren to war.
