The Ottawa Power Wheelchair Hockey League is looking for a game photographer and a volunteer to send out live tweets from OPWHL games. Both positions require the volunteers to attend the OPWHL games. The photos would be posted on the OPWHL website and social media pages. It’s a great way to work on a skill, meet new people and help keep the community updated on OPWHL events. Help enrich the lives of families and children: Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Support Programs is a nonprofit that helps children and families coping with cancer, focusing on awareness and helping others understand its impact. The Arthritis Society wants your help: The Arthritis Society focuses on finding solutions for those living with arthritis, as well as imagining a future without it. We need your help to fill multiple positions with the organization. Some roles include: fundraising planning, volunteer coordinator, workshop assistant and distribution assistant. Do you have experience
with Articulate software? Volunteer Ottawa needs a committed, reliable individual with extensive Articulate software knowledge to design the 2015 Virtual Volunteer Fair event; use Articulate software to design the event as directed by the Community Engagement Program assistant; co-ordinate with VVF videographer to incorporate video into the platform; and place information gathered on organizations by the CEP assistant into VVF software.
