“The Dessert Presents: St. Bulges Day” (March 17)

This 30-minute companion special to the Crave Original series “The Dessert,” starring Shane Cunningham, Isabella Campbell and Jillian Smart, is set on St. Patrick’s Day in Bulges, a not-so-family-friendly, all-male neighbourh­ood restaurant. A hotshot server begins to wonder if there is more to life than just wearing booty shorts and a crop top for minimum wage plus tips.

“The Trades” - Season 1 (March 22)

This eight-part Crave Original comedy series, set in a blue-collar community where the high stress of working in a refinery is balanced by the comedic high-wire antics of its plant workers, centres around Todd (Robb Wells), a pipefitter, and his sister and roommate, Audrey (Anastasia Phillips), who follows in her big brother’s footsteps pursuing a career in the trades as a carpenter, just like their father Rod (Patrick McKenna).

“The Americans” - Complete Series (March 22)

This period drama follows the complex marriage of two KGB spies posing as Americans in suburban Washington, D.C., during the Reagan administra­tion. The arranged marriage of Philip (Matthew Rhys) and Elizabeth Jennings (Keri Russell) grows more passionate and genuine by the day, but as the pressures and demands of the job grow heavier, the personal toll becomes almost too exhausting to bear.

“Anthropoce­ne: The Human Epoch” (March 22)

From the devastated Great Barrier Reef in Australia, to the concrete seawalls that cover 60 per cent of mainland China’s coast, to the biggest terrestria­l machines ever built in Germany, to psychedeli­c potash mines in Russia’s Ural Mountains, to surreal lithium evaporatio­n ponds in the Atacama Desert, this documentar­y travels to six continents and 20 different countries to capture stunning images chroniclin­g the catastroph­ic path travelled by our species over the last century.
