Modisaotsi­le fancies his chances with the Ostriches

Talented midfielder, Rebaone Modiaotsil­e has signed a two year deal with Orapa United from Sua Flamingoes; the player believes he has found greener pastures and he will embrace all the the challenges ahead as he seeks to win trophies. With more challenges ahead in a team synonymous with winning trophies, the player says he is more determined to help the team so he can be part of the club’s history. “To me this is a lucrative contract that comes with many opportunit­ies, like every player, I want to win trophies, I want to contribute immensely to the success of the team and this is a capable team.” “This is the game of football, I will play the same ball in a new environmen­t under a different Technical team, the expectatio­ns are different so are the demands. For me, I think I have to work extra hard to adapt to the team and gain my place,” he stressed. Furthermor­e, the Serowe native said he believes the spirit of his former coach, the late coach Kootswele Chips is always with him. All the time when I get into the field of play, I remember him and all that he has taught me from grassroot, at Green Lovers he helped me improve all the basics and always inspired me to do better.” At 28 years old, he believes he has reached his prime and can now prove himself at Orapa United, his ticket to playing outside the country. “I am very grateful to Sua Flamingoes; I enjoyed my time there and they are becoming a very big brand.
