RAK Properties participates in AHIC 2019

RAS AL KHAIMAH: RAK Properties participated in the 2019 Arabian Hotel Investment Conference, from April 9th to 11th at the AHIC village, the venue especially built for the conference on the shores of Ras Al Khaimah.

Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, the conference is one of the most important forum for investors in the field of hotel and tourism investment in the region.

The event was held under the title, “Consensus for Success.” Over100 speakers and more than 900 delegates from across the world took part in the conference.

“This event is an ideal platform for leaders interested in investing in the region’s hospitality and tourism industry, and an important space for gathering and exploring current and future objectives,” said Samuel Sidiqi, CEO, RAK Properties. “Participants discussed about innovations in the market, reviewed key challenges and identified measures to overcome them,” he added.

Sidiqi provided an overview to the audience on RAK properties two new state-of-the-art luxurious developments.; the Intercontinental Mina Al Arab and Anantara Mina Al Arab.

The Intercontinental Mina Al Arab resort will feature 350 rooms, luxury suites, health clubs, spa and some fine dining restaurants overlooking the scenic location of RAK. The Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort will feature the emirate’s first Maldivian inspired overwater villa complex.
