EPAA participat­es in Adihex

ABU DHABI: The Environmen­t and Protected Areas Authority (EPAA) is participat­ing in the 16 th edition of the Internatio­nal Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition, which is being held under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representa­tive in Al Dhafra Region and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers’ club. the ive-day exhibition will start on September 25 th at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.

At this year’s exhibition, EPAA will focus on Kalba Bird of Prey Centre and Sharjah Kennel Centre for Dog Care with interactiv­e educationa­l games. EPAA teams will receive visitors in Hall 7 at Booth 7B2.

This exhibition offers visitors a chance to acquire state-of-the-art equipment for camping, hunting, equestrian activities and outdoor and marine sports, and the heritage area will introduce visitors to the heritage of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).” Ms. Al Suwaidi pointed out that the exhibition aims to promote the UAE’S heritage and traditions and highlight its glorious history. This will attract more exhibitors and visitors and make Abu Dhabi the region’s capital for cultural heritage. The exhibition is a government initiative that aims to raise young people’s awareness of the UAE’S traditions, culture and local sports, which are founded on nobility and courage.

Ms. Al Suwaidi added, “By participat­ing in this important ive-day exhibition, we aim to communicat­e and interact with the Exhibition’s visitors. We will tell the public about EPAA’S efforts to preserve and protect the environmen­t and conserve biodiversi­ty, and about EPAA’S awareness-raising activities, events and programs.”
