OPTIMAL FOODCARE
I NTRODUCING FISHER & PAYKEL I NTEGRATED COLUMN REFRIGERATORS AND FREEZERS - PROVIDING FLEXIBLE COOLING TO SUIT THE WAY YOU SHOP, COOK AND ENTERTAIN
We spend a lot of time thinking about how to cook food to perfection. But how we look after the ingredients before we cook them is just as important.
This is why Fisher & Paykel Integrated Column Refrigerators have been designed to provide optimal foodcare. Built around state-of-the-art technology, they embody deep insights into how different foods are best stored.
It’s easy to access the optimal conditions for your ingredients and foods with our Variable Temperature Zones. Whether it’s preserving the flavour of fresh veggies to create delicious warming winter soups or keeping meat and poultry pristine for a roast dinner – all the thinking has been done for you.
Columns refrigerators offer three modes that you can switch between at the touch of a button. Fridge mode is ideal for everyday items like fruit and vegetables, dairy products, meats, preserves and drinks.
Pantry mode delivers the cool, dark storage space that foods like avocados, fresh herbs and tropical fruits require. Chill mode is an elegant solution to retaining freshness in highly perishable seafood and meats, which can last 2 to 3 times longer than when stored at normal fridge temperatures.
Columns freezers offer Freezer, Soft Freeze, and Deep Freeze modes. Freezer Mode provides 1 to 12 months of excellent storage for most everyday foods – meat, poultry, seafood, precooked meals, frozen fruits, vegetables and ice cream.
Soft Freeze Mode is ideal for food that requires gentle freezing and quick thawing, perfect for portioning and storing items you can heat, cook or serve straight from the freezer. With a fixed low temperature (-25°C), Deep Freeze is optimised to lock in freshness of food stored over longer periods.
Columns also feature ActiveSmart ™ Foodcare technology, which intelligently adjusts their internal temperature, airflow and humidity to keep your food fresher for longer.
