FORMER Celtic striker Oh Hyeon-gyu has revealed he was forced to climb out of his sick bed to become a South Korea World Cup hero.

The 24- year- old hitman netted the winner for his country as they came from behind to defeat the Czech Republic in their opening game.

Oh said: “I had a fever before the game and my temperature was up at 38 degrees.

“But for me to score in a game like this was the best moment in my career.”
