Kelly set to grace Emirates

CHLOE KELLy has refused to confirm she has told Arsenal they are in prime position for her signature – but the England winger looks likely to sign a permanent contract with the club.

Kelly (top) spent the second half of last season on loan at Arsenal from Manchester City and helped them achieve Champions League glory.

The 27-year-old will soon become a free agent and is believed to have given Arsenal a period of exclusivity in which to come up with a deal.

Kelly is now in the Lionesses camp, preparing for the women’s Euros.

She said: “Arsenal took me from a really dark place and gave me an opportunity but we achieved incredible things together, so let’s see what happens.”
