Benched Alli bound for a Turkey flight

BESIKTAS are in talks to sign Dele Alli, with Everton ready to cut their losses just seven months after signing the playmaker from Tottenham.

The Turkish side expect Alli, right, to arrive in Istanbul on Friday to have a medical, although the 26-year-old is yet to commit to the move. Both loan and permanent deals have been discussed between the clubs and Everton are happy to leave the decision to Alli.

He has made 13 appearances for Everton, starting just once, and came off the bench in their opening two Premier League defeats by Chelsea and Aston Villa.
