STA. LUCIA STRENGTHEN­S PRESENCE IN CALABARZON, OTHER AREAS

Sta. Lucia Land Inc. (SLI), which is part of the Sta. Lucia Group, revealed several ongoing projects in Calabarzon Region as well as new flagship developmen­ts in key areas of Visayas and Mindanao.

The expansion plans were disclosed at SLI’s annual stockholde­rs’ meeting, held last month at its headquarte­rs in Cainta, Rizal.

One of the significan­t portions of the meeting is the President’s Report, which was presented by SLI CEO Exequiel Robles.

According to the report, Sta. Lucia currently has 121 ongoing projects nationwide. Additional­ly, the company also reported a landbank growth of 167 hectares across 16 cities and provinces through joint ventures and land acquisitio­ns last year 2025.

Further into the report, the company said it generated a net income of P2.413 billion and a gross revenue of P9.358 billion. The year 2025 also saw Sta. Lucia gaining P70.654 billion in total assets and P21.571 billion in its market capitaliza­tion performanc­e.

As part of its strategic expansion plans, Sta. Lucia is also exploring new locations where it could deliver its expertise. This is also aligned with its corporate direction of engaging the so-called “fringe areas,” or the company’s term for areas outside Metro Manila that have potential to be the next investment hubs.

New locations being explored include San Benito and San Felix, both municipali­ties of Laguna. It is also set to enter Surigao Del Norte, starting with San Isidro.

Aside from the new locations, it also stated that it will implement expansions in areas where it already has an existing projects. These include Tuy, Lian and Bauan in Batangas; Oton in Iloilo; and Gapan in Nueva Ecija.

With over 55 years in the industry, the Sta. Lucia Group continues to reinforce its reputation as one of the country’s finest and longest operating developers. This is proven with the accolades and recognitio­n it has received. In 2025 alone, the company received three awards.
