Catskill
• Weapon: Jason J. Krzeminski, 42, of Catskill, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. Saturday by state police at Catskill and was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and menacing, a misdemeanor. Further information was unavailable.
• DWI: Harry J. Rustad, 54, of Palenville, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:41 p.m. Friday on Malden Avenue in Catskill and was charged with drunken driving (previous conviction in 10 years) and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent (prior offense), both felonies. He was released pending a court appearance.
• DWI: Corinna M. Hawver, 20, of Athens, was arrested by state police at Catskill at about 3 a.m. Saturday on state Route 385 in Catskill and was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors. Hawver was issued a court appearance ticket.
New Baltimore
• DWI: Carol L. Fournier, 53, of New Baltimore, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 8:49 p.m. Friday on U.S. Route 9W and was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors. Further information was unavailable.
New Paltz
• DWI: Sarah N. Annesley, 24, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:27 a.m. Saturday on Church Street and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, and with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. She was released to a third party pending a court appearance.
• DWI: Timothy M. Vaughn, 31, of Cayce, S.C., was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:26 a.m. Saturday on Main Street and was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, all misdemeanors. He was also ticketed for driving without a license and illegal signal (less than 100 feet). He was held pending a court appearance.
Wawarsing
• Drugs: Melissa A. Quick, 37, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 11:25 p.m. Friday on state Route 299 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. She was released with a court appearance ticket.
