Guiding light
Well-planned lighting will revitalise your home. Where better to shop for stylish, contemporary designs than at Heal’s Festival of Light this autumn?
The power of lighting to reinvent a space and create a just-so mood means it’s one of the most important design decisions you’ll make during any refurbishment project. Heal’s, with its history of innovation, has always been at the forefront of lighting design, showcasing the newest, of-the-moment styles alongside a breathtaking selection of iconic classics. It’s the ultimate design destination for discerning shoppers.
THE Festival of LIGHT
Returning for a second year, the Heal’s Festival of Light is once again set to celebrate innovative lighting from some of the world’s most talented designers. On 17 October, the ground-floor front showroom of the flagship store on Tottenham Court Road will be transformed with installations from Heal’s lighting, leading brands such as Tom Raffield, Anna Jacobs and Flos, and new faces such as Arturo Alvarez, Lasvit, New Works and Northern Lighting. Alongside dramatic installations, there will be a host of new and exclusive products launching during the festival. Highlights include Tala’s Voronoi 3, a super-sized version of its Voronoi bulb, as well as new Anglepoise designs from Sir Paul Smith and Sir Kenneth Grange. Flos will be showcasing a world exclusive all-new black colourway of Michael Anastassiades’ iconic IC and there will also be a build-your-own pop-up pendant bar from Copenhagen-based brand Ferm Living.
