TIME IS ONE OF OUR GREATEST RESOURCES. WE MUST USE IT WISELY

Time is a resource and how we use it determines the quality of our life. Every second adds up and before we know it it’s been years.

To not look back with regret at the things we could have done and words we could have said; we should be more conscious of how and with whom we spend our time because ultimately it affects us.

As Charles Darwin said, “A man who dares to waste one hour of time has not dis- covered the value of life.” Time is always running and we are a part of that race so we have to keep with it or be left behind.

Protect your time because you can only spend it not save it. Say no to the things and people who are not worth it.

If you want to understand the importance of a millisecond ask the person who has won a silver medal in the Olympics.

Every day we are blessed with more time until one day we won’t be, so make the best use of it.

Spend it wisely, productively and effec- tively. Working efficiently today increases the probability of a better future. Treasure every moment because you will never get it back.

Spend it with people you love and care about and doing things you love. Stop waiting and try to live your life to the fullest. Realise its importance before it runs out for you.
